Hi Jitha,
Thank you very much for your assistance in helping us get an accomodation at Saagar beach Resort. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly. The complimentary break fast offered was very good indeed even though i had great apprehensions before i started on this trip. The Hotel Manager was also helpful in arranging an excursion to nearby places.
Thank you for your understanding in helping to negotiate the price since we are from a middle class family.

Wondrefull Kerala Trip

Dear Sonia,
Thank you very much for organising our trip excellently.It was a great experience in the houseboat in Alleppey,we really enjoyed the stay.It was totally a different experience.
Kerala as rightly called as the god's own country and it was a life time oppurtunity to be in such a beautiful place.
Unfortunately for us, the wheather was on the hotter side so we couldn't enjoy fully in Munnar and Trivandrum.
Overall,it was a great feeling to be in such a place.People are very nice in Kerala and almost every one can speak and understand english in a communicable way,so we have not faced any problem anywhere,thanks to 100% literacy rate.
About the arrangements you have made,the taxi was good,good in the sense not faced any trouble with the vehicle,driver babu was very kind and helpful.
We were not really convinced with the Green Ridge hotel in Munnar.Doesn't matter if it is a non AC but atleast if a ceiling would have made us happy there because it was very hot that day and there was no fan.
A hotel by name T & U was good in Munnar.
Overall it was a pleasure trip and we all enjoyed the whole trip a big thanks to Kerala.com and other crew.
Thank you very much and look forward to visit this beautiful place again.

FIRST UP I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU AND YOUR COMPANY FOR HELPING ME OUT WITH THE ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ,WHICH WAS REQUIRED FOR A FIRST TIME TRAVELLER LIKE ME TO KERALA.
IT WAS A EXCELLENT AND UNFORGETTABLE TRIP FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY.THE HOMESTAY WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY MUCH FRIENDLY AND COOPREATIVE. THE SERVICE WAS VERY FAST. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION PARTICULARLY JOSEPH GAVE US HOMELY FEELING.EVEN THE OWNER OF THE PAVITHRAM HOMESTAY GUIDED ME PLACES TO VISIT IN MUUNAR.
IN FUTURE I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT MORE PLACES IN KERALA AND I WLL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOUR COMPANY ESPECIALY MOHANA WHO WAS VERY HELPFULL.
