Wonderful Outing

Hi Reena,
Thanx for making the stay arrangements at Wayanad.
We had a good time at the resort and than the resort it was the people and their hospitality which has impressed us more.
They were always on their toes to serve us.Food was really good and served whenever we were hungry with out any time restrictions.
It was a new resort and hence had some teething problems which were understandable. But , certain basic things have to be taken cared as others might complain as you call it a luxury resort and priced high when compared to others. We were surprised to see no tube lights ,TV , fans and mirrors in the rooms and the dim lamps give a sick mood at nights . The common area was not lit up properly and Swimming pool was not good & big enough to swim.
Though i rate it 4.5 out of 5 on hospitality & food . Facilities front i would rate it 3 out of 5.
Not but the least, its over priced as per my opinion with the kind of facilities they currently have.

Excellent Arrangement

Dear Mr.Parameswaran/Ms.Sonia,
At the outset I would like to thank both of you for the wonderful arrangements made for our Kerala tour of Munnar, Thekkadi and Kumarakom.. We had an excellent and enjoyable trip without any hitches anywhere. This we would consider as mainly due to the arrangement made you both. I have already recommended your organization to a couple of my friends here who may be planning a visit to Kerala in the coming months with their children.
I would also thank you all for the very attractive package of hotel rates offered for the whole trip and for the choice of very good hotels with efficient service.

Hi Henry,
Thanks for all the help extended in making reservation at Sunbird Garden Resort. Though asking to reserve at last moment. You could help.
SUNBIRD GARDEN RESORT
The resort was extremely maintained very well. Very clean and hygienic
The support staff were very helpful.
The cuisine was homely
We had extremely wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.
The tips I want to give is they should have 24hours hot water. Because after the sight seeing you would not know the exact time when will you be back and if no hot water you cannot relax.
Secondly let the resort have TV.
Thirdly the food was not served hot.
Fourthly there was no light outside the cottage and in dark you would not be able to see and walk.
But still the resort was maintained extremely well and had good time.
Thanks for all the effort.
Henry you specially helped to get the reservation though booking of resort was full and the communication given was an excellent job.
Thanks for a good holiday.
