Kerala Greenary Package

Dear Rinoy, Thank you for arranging the trip. It was very nice & thoroughly enjoyable. All the hotels we stayed in were good (some reasonably while others exceptionally). The journeys to & from various hotels / resorts were comfortable. We were allocated an Indigo but actually got a Xylo. It is a very comfortable vehicle but the only drawback is the height of the vehicle causing difficulty for my mum while entering & exiting the vehicle. The driver was friendly & chatty. We have no major complaints about him but I wish to make a small comment here. On the way, he suggested an ayurvedic massage in Munnar which he claimed to be very good. However it turmed out that it was a very unprofessional service costing a lot of money. Unfortunately we encountered a loss due to this unsolicited advice. With the exception of that, everything else was fine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your travel related service to my friends & family. Thanks once again. Best regards, Anup

Kerala package

Hi Naghul, Thanks a lot for all the arrangements made for us as part of our Kerala trip from June 15- June 20 ' 2013. It was amazing and most memorable trips ever. Your humble repsonses for all the queries and assistance was really extra-ordinary starting from package discussions until we left Kerala. I suggest if your organization sets up a small office / franchise like thing in Hyderabad I am sure you will get some more business from Andhra Pradesh. Hi Rinoy ,I am really glad to say that i am very happy with your service . Misty mountain munnar hotel was too good, nice view from room. food was testy, and other service of hotel was good. Thekkdy woods hotel room was ok . but cleanliness , service and food was very good. i am more than happy with ur overall service . next time when i ll visit kerala i ll definitely go through Kerala .com . i ll be happy to suggest kerala.com to my friends and relatives.Thank you .

Dear Rinoykrishna Sorry for the delay in reply. First of all let me thank you for the best arrangements. I had wonderful time with my family in Kerala.All the arrangements were perfect and comforable.Hotels were good,clean and nice ambience.Driver Mr.Jitu is very nice person,decent,cooperative and very good driver.Itinerary planned was perfect mostly all the places were covered for the sight seeing. Inshort it was the most comfortable,tension free and wonderful holiday in kerala. For any future holiday we will definately contact you for the arrangements.
