Manayath Heritage home Stay is situated at Chellarkovil village, which is on the outskirts of the very famous Periyar Wild life sanctuary (Thekkady), in the Idukki district of Kerala, South India. Beautiful panoramic view of hills and valleys. The home stay is situated in the spice garden where one can be acquainted with almost all varieties of spices of this region. The home stay is from the prominent Syrian Christian family of Manayath.

This traditional Kerala style of home was built in the year 1860. The highlight of this home stay is their traditional Kerala style cuisine. Some of their specialties include tapioca with Kerala style Fish Curry, Nellikka arishtam, Passion fruit squash/syrup and so on. This home stay, other than having rooms in Kerala House also have a Tree House that serves as a Honeymoon nest.

The Ayurvedic centre here provides its guests with facilities for Ayurvedic treatments and rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul.
